I don't think we can expect any guarantees while we are still learning about this virus. When we hear something new that we didn't know before, I chalk it up to having more cases to study and seeing more of the long-term affects that we did not have available to study while it was very new.

So this could be far fetched and I have zero proof to validate what is about to follow. That said, I am a long distance runner. Prior to the vaccine, I was regularly hitting half marathons. My regular workouts consisted of 3, 10 mile runs and 3, 40 mile bike rides a week. Since I got the vaccine, I can barely muster 3 miles and my pace is so much slower. the VO2 stats on my fitness device shows a sharp decline all of a sudden in March when I got the vaccine. I never had COVID, multiple tests any time there was the possibility of exposure and never had any positive results. Still could have happened, I get that but my cardio all of a sudden tanked the same week I had my first dose and I have not been able to get it back up. There are some reports of effects to the heart and lungs. I'm saying that's kind of likely.

 

It's impossible at this point to establish any kind of.long term effects of these vaccines.
